Happiness is often considered to be something we have to seek out. We think that if only we can achieve “this outcome” or “when this happens” – then we’ll be happy. The problem is that when we view being happy in these terms we can never quite get there. Our happiness remains something on the distant horizon; often sought after but never quite reached.
Taking a shortcut to happiness
Yet happiness is something that we can experience almost instantaneously. We can take this shortcut to happiness by practicing the simple art of gratitude. If you’ve every tried to practice more gratitude in your life you’ll know how wonderfully it can brighten your mood. However, it can be difficult to remember to maintain a practice of gratitude.
However, in our busy lives with many distractions, it can be difficult to maintain a practice of gratitude. It’s helpful to have some tools and techniques to keep focus. With this in mind, I’ve put to together this Free Gratitude Course which takes a short time each day, for just one week.
I get such good feedback from this little course, I hope you enjoy it too!
